Not because it didn't taste good, it actually taste really sweet and really good but! My attempt was to make a Red Velvet Cake and not only did it not taste like Red Velvet (Which btw is my favorite cake and California Pizza kitchen makes the best Red Velvet Cake but it is like $9 for one slice!) but it was not red at all.
So, I won't give the ingredients but I will rate this a C+
I'm only rating it so low because it didn't turn out correctly but it did taste good.
I should have known when the batter was so pink but I didn't want it to turn out dark red which I hate!
I ran out of icing. Blah.
