Week 11

I am down a total of 22.2 lbs.
Woo hoo!!!

Here is a little break down of what I do now.
Mind you- my current workout is not what I did to lose this amount of weight but it is what I do now in order to tone and build muscle. (But I have been steadily loosing)

I work out 4x a week
Sat, Mon, Wed, Thur.

Saturday through Wednesday I do weights and toning.

Thur I do cardio only.

And I weigh myself each Friday.

 I was trying on new bras since my old ones don't fit. Lol
