Turkish Festival

Hey Dolls!

I just finished eating breakfast, babe is in the shower and I just wanted to do a quick post from this Turkish Festival me and babe went to.

The Turkish Flag

They brought in some turkish singer. I had no idea what he was singing about.
My boyfriend said he was singing about boobs...I don't know how he figured that. Lol
And this is called a Turkish Taco .....Yea, Looks like a sub to me.

"She a video vixen, but behind closed doors She do whatever it take to get to the Grammy Awards"

I'm not a video vixen but this outfit makes me feel like one. Ha!
I wore this same outfit the first day I came to Canada except I had a leather coat and huge gold hoop earrings. My makeup was different and my hair was strawberry blonde and much longer.
The point is> My boyfriend thought I was so hott!

 Purse>Le Chateau

Stampede Parade

Not to long ago me and my other half went to the Stampede parade which kick off the biggest week or 10 days on the west coast of Canada which is Stampede. Girls and guys dress like cowboys and cowgirls and the city has a bunch of concerts and events.

Here are some pics from the parade.

For all of the images...No words just pics
(I was having internet problems and it took 2hrs to upload these pics so I'm to tired to write anything...blah)

I've been working out...

And I feel so much better. My clothes fit better. I have more stamina when I run on the treadmill and I just started weights with my legs today. Hopefully when I return to the states with my moms good southern cooking I will be able to keep it up :)

Yes. I am.

I love being American. I love it so much. I was born and raised in Florida.
I'm a southern girl. I speak with a southern accent and I love everything about who I am and where I am from.

I have had people say bad things about southern people. That southerns are ignorant or blah blah. Thats like saying northerners are loud and arrogant. I can't stand when people make up things about others they are not familiar with.

Anyways...I'm going on a tangent.

On the 4th of July I had my nails done with the American Flag.
Let me point out that I'm in Canada right now so it was a Canadian who did my nails and painted the flag all wrong....Yea
This is my outfit.
Shoes>Cotton on

"I believe in overdressing. I believe in primping at leisure and wearing lipstick. I believe in pink. I believe happy girls are the prettiest girls. I believe that tomorrow is another day, and... I believe in miracles." - Audrey Hepburn.

I absolutely agree with this.
I understand that you can't always be 100% perfect and pretty but if you have the time to fix yourself up, then do it.
It makes you feel so good about yourself.
Lol. This is true. Sad but true.
This was just cute...not cute but funny cute.

This is how I feel when I get a new hairstyle. Not all the time but sometimes.

"Thinking bout the girl in all leopard who was rubbing the wood like Kiki Shepard"

Hey Dolls.

I have such a headache ;(

Other than my head killing me, I am watching season 5 of Nip Tuck. Have any of you ever watched that show?
It is so interesting but so unrealistic.

Here are a few pics from a some days...weeks ago.

There was a car show and festival that day so we went and checked it out.

This random boy band or rock group was getting photos done so I just took the picture.
Its so funny to me how they all look the same with these long ass v-neck shirts.

and down the road a few blocks away was some other festival in the park.
This city loves festivals.

Flower child put on your banjo, come and dance all night in the shadow"

Right now at this moment, i'm sitting in a waiting area so it's a good thing I brought my computer.

I'm so hungry right now....anyways.
Here are some pics from a little while ago.

This headband makes me feel like a flower child. I love the 70's
Headband>Dollar store
Flip Flops>Dollar store -Yep!
I changed shoes for a little bit and put on heels but walking around....that doesnt last long.
I love this park and I got the perfect picture with this little boy having the time of his life.
Ok, so in china town there is this little shop that sells different pastries.
What  you see here is a hot dog baked into bread with some type of mayo on top.
SO different. It wasnt even all that good but it's so different looking and tasting that I want to go back and buy more just because...
Here is a pizza pocket wrap and some Bar-b-q rolls.
Later that day, we went for a walk and this other park was having some type of outside festival.
How pretty?

Ok, so my boyfriend told me about this certain race of people
(I wont say what race but it's between blacks, whites, native indians and asians)
one of these groups actually drink mouthwash or Listerine in order to get drunk!!!
A hot mess.
And lastly, here are some jackrabbits. They won't let you feed them or anything.
