Chef Girl R Me! Salmon Cakes

1can of pink salmon,
5 tsp of flour,
1 to 2 tsp of mayo,
1 egg,
salt, black pepper 
 Heat oil
 Brown one side
 Flip and brown second side
 Place cooked cakes on paper towel to capture some of the oil.
 Place cakes on bread and top with Ketchup. BTW: You can eat them plain without bread or ketchup.
