I worked out yesterday & today
but my choice of foods yesterday were counterproductive...
Oh well :)
 So small, yet so perfect

 The candy my Mr. sent me. 
My favorite was the Almond caramel & I don't even like Almonds!
 I purchased this little HK notebook from Michael's for $0.60

As you can see, I'm writing down my caloric intake.
My freshman year of college I worked for Jenny Craig
Tip> To lose weight do not exceed 1200 calories a day
Add workout at least 3x a week.
It really is as easy as that.
